• Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives with a printing defect or was damaged during transit, we will replace it at no cost to you. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
• Made-to-Order Integrity: Because each item is custom-made to your specific size and design choice, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or incorrect size selection.
• Sizing Guarantee: To ensure you love the fit, please refer to the Size Guide on each product page before ordering. For our US customers, we generally recommend ordering one size up.

Shipping:

• Production: 3–7 business days. Every item is individually printed, cut, and sewn by hand to ensure the highest quality.
• Premium Delivery: We exclusively use Premium Tracked Shipping to ensure your wearable art arrives safely within 7–14 days post-production. We avoid budget "sea-mail" to maintain the integrity of your purchase.
