Thank you for supporting independent art! All products in our store feature original designs created by me and are made-to-order specifically for you.
Our Return Policy
Because each item is custom-made with original artwork, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing issues, or buyer's remorse. All sales are final unless the product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us at nedaimanihesan@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return or replacement, please provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the defective or damaged item
- A brief description of the issue
What We'll Do
If your claim is approved, we will:
- Send you a replacement item at no cost, OR
- Issue a full refund to your original payment method
Return Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our part (wrong item shipped, manufacturing defect, etc.).
Processing Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
